Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in written form, by e-mailing cancellation@funstride.jp
The cancellation fee is charged for the following chart.
| Timing of the cancellation | Cancellation Fee |
| Between 10 days and 8 days before the tour | Up to 20% of the tour price |
| Between 7 days and 2 days before the tour | Up to 30% of the tour price |
| 1 day before the date of tour | Up to 40% of the tour price |
| The date of tour before starting time | Up to 50% of the tour price |
| After the start of the time or the traveler does not participate in the Tour without notice (no show) | Up to 100% of the tour price |
1)The timing of cancellations will be based on when the request is made during our business hours (JST).
2)There is a case that cancellation policy is set each activity.
