We would like to guide you through the process leading up to the conducting of the tour.
1 About Reservations
Please fill out the required information in the reservation form and submit it.
We will check the availability of your desired travel dates.
At this stage, the reservation has not yet been finalized.
※If you do not receive an automatic replied email immediately after your inquiry, there may be an error in the email address you provided. In that case, please submit the reservation form again.
※Automatic replied emails may sometimes be classified as spam. Please also check the spam folder of the email software you are using.

2 Sending a Reservation Confirmation Email(Within 3 days of your inquiry)
We will send a “Reservation Confirmation Email” from our company within 3 days of receiving your inquiry.
Please review the contents.
※If you do not receive the “Reservation Confirmation Email,” there is a possibility that your inquiry did not reach us due to a system error or other issues.
In such cases, please submit your inquiry again using the reservation form.
3 Payment
We will attach a link to the payment form (PayPal) in the “Reservation Confirmation Email”.
Please make the payment by the due date.
(Payment Deadline)
Please complete the payment within 5 days from the date you receive the “Reservation Confirmation Email” or at least 5 days prior to the start of the tour, whichever comes first.
If payment is not confirmed within the specified period, the reservation will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
4 Sending a Reservation Completion Email
Once we confirm your payment, we will send a “Reservation Completion Email.”
(Inquiries After Reservation Completion)
The Reservation Completion Email will include information on how to contact us up until the day of the event, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if needed.
(Cancellation After Reservation Completion)
If you wish to cancel after completing your reservation, please contact us in accordance with our company’s policies.
Please note that a cancellation fee, as specified in our regulations, as well as any processing fees associated with the refund, will apply.
5 Conducting the tour
Please proceed to the assembly point indicated in the Reservation Completion Email.
